Megan Shin

Co-director Of External Ghu at GlobeMed

Megan Shin is a dedicated professional currently serving as a Research Assistant in the Beate Ritz Lab at UCLA Fielding School of Public Health, where contributions focus on the UCLA Parkinson's Brain and Gut Study. In addition to this role, Megan holds the position of Co-Director of External ghU at GlobeMed, coordinating outreach initiatives related to public health and HIV/AIDS. As a member of the Campaigns Committee, responsibilities include directing fundraisers for sanitation and clean water projects in Uganda. Further involvement with Los Angeles Health Volunteers encompasses educating youth and participating in health fairs. Previous experience includes tutoring at ProYouth Expanded Learning. Megan is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Physiological Science at UCLA, having previously attended the College of the Sequoias and Redwood High School.
