Terry Walloch

Terry Walloch, PE, PTOE has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Terry started their career in the Wisconsin Army National Guard, serving as a 1st Lieutenant in various positions. In 1990, they joined the Illinois Department of Transportation as a Project Manager, where they were responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of road and bridge improvement projects. Terry then worked as a Project Engineer at the City of Naperville, where they focused on traffic operations and engineering investigations.

Following their role at the City of Naperville, Terry worked at Stantec (formerly American Consulting Engineers, Entran), serving as a Transportation Engineer. During their time there, they were heavily involved in the I-80/94/294/IL 394 reconstruction project, where they worked as a Project Management Consultant. Their responsibilities included coordinating various design section consultants, chairing coordination meetings, and responding to public requests for information.

Terry then transitioned to TranSystems, where they worked as a Project Engineer. Terry worked on projects such as the US 41 Relocation and IL 71, where they led contract plan preparation. Their role involved overseeing the preparation of construction plans and contracts for these arterial roadway projects.

In 2009, Terry joined Globetrotters Engineering Corporation as the Director of Civil Design. Terry was involved in construction management for various projects, including IDOT pump station and DuPage projects. Additionally, they provided project management services to the Illinois Department of Transportation, overseeing consulting firms and preparing Phase I studies.

In terms of their involvement in local government, Terry served as a Board Member of the Keeneyville District 20 and held various positions in the Village of Roselle, including Commissioner of Planning and Zoning and Board Member of the Zoning Board of Appeals.

Terry Walloch, PE, PTOE has a comprehensive background in civil engineering, project management, and transportation engineering, with experience in both the public and private sectors.

Terry Walloch, PE, PTOE completed their undergraduate studies in engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Marathon County Campus from 1984 to 1986. Terry then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, which they attained from 1986 to 1989.
