Joyce Weir

Joyce Weir is an accomplished professional in business development and sales within the MICE sector, currently serving as the National Business Development Manager for MICE at the Globus family of brands since February 2021. With a strong background in developing growth strategies, Joyce previously held the position of Director at JWC Associates and served as Business Development Manager for Hawaiian Airlines where recognition was received with the “Lau Lima” Award for Excellence in Sales. Joyce also gained extensive experience as Regional Sales Manager and Account Manager at Qantas, focusing on MICE and group markets, and as Public Relations Director at Gazebo Hotels.
