Miguel Gómez-Aleixandre has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Miguel is currently working as the Head of Innovation at Glocally, a company specializing in data-driven communication strategies for national brands. Prior to this, Miguel held the position of Head of Innovation at Cantábrica de Medios, a media agency within the Glocally Group.

Before joining Glocally, Miguel worked at Interpublic Group (IPG) in different roles. Miguel served as the Global Business Director at LOLA MullenLowe, where they headed the Barcelona office and managed major clients such as Bayer, Bimbo, and TOUS. Miguel also served as the Head of Digital Transformation at IPG Mediabrands and as the Digital Director at Neolabels, an independent communication agency.

In addition, Miguel has a background in strategic communications. Miguel worked as the Digital Director at Kreab, a strategic communications consultancy, and as the Founder and General Manager at Zinia, specializing in social media marketing and online audit services.

Miguel's early career included roles as the Marketing Manager at Generación Y and the Agency Manager at Universidad CEU San Pablo. Miguel also worked briefly at Universal McCann Spain.

Throughout their career, Miguel has demonstrated expertise in data-driven communication strategies, digital transformation, and innovation. Miguel is known for their leadership skills and experience working with major brands in diverse industries.

Miguel Gómez-Aleixandre holds a DESUP degree in Estudios Jurídicos y Económicos de la UE from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne. In addition, they have studied Relaciones internacionales at the Instituto de Estudios Europeos Jean Monnet. Miguel has also obtained a Licenciado in Publicidad y RRPP from Universidad CEU San Pablo.
