Anuj Sharma

Anuj Sharma has held a variety of roles in the customer service and customer success fields since 2007. Anuj began their career as a Search Strategist at Carat in 2007 and then moved on to become an Account Manager at Manning Gottlieb OMD in 2009. In the same year, they were appointed as Director of Customer Success at Marin Software. In 2014, they took on the role of Strategic Accounts Director at Microsoft Search Advertising. After that, Anuj moved to Adthena where they were Global VP of Customer Success & Customer Experience from 2016 to 2019. Anuj then served as VP Customer Success & Customer Experience at Impala from 2019 to 2021. In 2021, they became the Director of Customer Service at Wheely and in 2022 they were appointed Head of Customer Success at Raft. Most recently, they have been the Director of Global Customer Success at Glowing.io since 2023.

Anuj Sharma completed their MBA in Marketing & E-Commerce from Charles Sturt University in 2005. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Savitribai Phule Pune University in 2002. Anuj began their educational journey in 1984 at Delhi Public School.
