Francois Le Palec

Francois Le Palec has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Francois started their career at Smile as an Internet Developer, where they enabled client/server applications on web technologies. Francois then became a Consultant and Internet Specialist at Oddo & Cie Group, where they developed a new online stock market trading system and advised on technical platforms.

Le Palec then joined MTV Networks International, where they held multiple positions, including Interactive & Technical Manager for France, Belgium, and Switzerland, Director of Multimedia for all territories ex-US, Project Manager for interactive media projects in Europe, and Director of Digital Operations for all international territories. In these roles, they achieved impressive results for the EMAs website, launched the broadband channel MTV Overdrive in key markets, and led more than 20 interactive media projects.

Additionally, Le Palec worked as a Board Advisor for Fooding / Mmm!, advising the company on their digital offering and partnerships. Francois also served as a Board Advisor and Angel Investor for Glue Networks, advising on tactical technology strategy.

Most recently, Le Palec worked at Gluware, Inc. as the Director of Front End Engineering, leading a diverse team of front-end engineers and overseeing the design and implementation of a multimillion-dollar automation web. Francois also worked hands-on to implement critical features and fix defects while helping teams develop with vanilla JavaScript (ES6) framework. Francois also served as the Director of Service Delivery, EMEA and played a key role in the company's major releases of the Gluware web application.

Francois Le Palec pursued their education from 1991 to 1996 at ESIEA - ÉCOLE D'INGÉNIEUR·E·S D'UN NUMÉRIQUE UTILE. During this time, they obtained a Master's Degree in C/S and E/E, with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence.
