Kathleen Rattazzi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kathleen started their career as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Reykjavik University in 2020. Kathleen then worked as a Sustainability intern with Manomet & New England Environmental Finance Center, where they conducted data analytics and provided assistance to businesses in the tourism and brewing sectors. In 2019, they also interned at Manomet, where they focused on sustainability data analytics and pollution prevention activities.

In 2020, Kathleen founded One Step Tourism as a Creator/Founder. Kathleen later joined Maine Lobster Now as a Customer Service Sales and Support Specialist, where they facilitated nationwide sales and provided customer support. Additionally, they worked as a Human Resources Assistant and Recruiter at Maine Lobster Now.

In 2021, Kathleen worked as an Event Coordinator at Silver Spoons Catering & Events and the National Football League (NFL). Kathleen then joined SourceNRG in 2022 as a Solar Energy Project Manager. Kathleen also held roles at Glyde Solar, including Renewable Energy Project Manager and Solar Energy Sales Consultant.

Kathleen's most recent position is as an Executive Assistant to the CEO & VP of Marketing and Sales at Bristol Seafood, where they provide support at an executive level.

Throughout their career, Kathleen has demonstrated skills in project management, sales, event coordination, customer service, and business development. Kathleen has also shown a strong interest in renewable energy and sustainability.

Kathleen Rattazzi's education history begins with their high school education at Immaculate Heart Academy, which they attended from 2013 to 2017. After completing high school, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Hospitality at the University of Southern Maine, where they studied from 2017 to 2020. Following their Bachelor's degree, Kathleen went on to obtain a Masters in Adult and Higher Education from the University of Southern Maine, which they completed between 2020 and 2021.

In addition to their degrees, Kathleen also obtained several certifications. In May 2020, they received a certification in Food Studies - research and data analysis from the University of Southern Maine. In November 2019, they obtained a certification in Pretreatment and Pollution Prevention on Brewery Discharges from the New England Interstate Water Pollution Control Commission (NEIWPCC). Kathleen also holds certifications in TIPS (obtained in May 2019), Welcome ME Customer Service (obtained in August 2017), Standard First Aid, CPR, and AED (obtained in May 2017), bloodborne pathogens (obtained in May 2017), and Social and Behavioral Research (obtained in April 2020) from various institutions such as Tips Bar, the Maine Tourism Association, the American Red Cross, Tuxedo Volunteer Ambulance, and CITI Program, A Division of BRANY respectively.
