Donald R Brus

Donald R Brus, PE, PMP, currently serves as Director of Pre-Construction & Contracts at GM HILL Engineering since May 2023. Prior to this role, Donald was Regional Director of Engineering Operations with Life Sciences at CBRE Global Workplace Solutions from January 2021 to May 2023 and held the position of Senior Director for Projects at Universal Creative from July 2018 to November 2020. With a distinguished career in the US Navy spanning from May 1992 to September 2018, Donald held multiple roles including Executive Officer at NAVFAC Mid Atlantic and Operations Officer at both NAVFAC Mid Atlantic and NAVFAC Marianas. Donald earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The Citadel, a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida, and completed Executive Leadership Development at Stanford Graduate School of Business, along with a Command and Staff Diploma from the U.S. Naval War College.
