Aire Webb (formerly Miller) has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Aire is currently employed as the Head of Customer Care at GN Group since 2022. Prior to this, they held roles at MSD Animal Health UK, starting as a Customer Service Manager in 2015 and eventually becoming a Customer Service Associate Director in 2022. Aire Webb, formerly known as Aire Miller, has a diverse education history. In 1996, Aire completed GCSEs in Estonian, Mathematics, and Biology at Kullamaa High School. Later, in 1999, Aire achieved A-levels in Estonian, German, Mathematics, History, and Chemistry from the same institution. From 2000 to 2004, Aire attended Tallinn Pedagogical University, where the area of focus was Class teacher and Child Psychology. Aire then pursued an Effective Management Development Training Programme at Central Bedfordshire College in 2012. Continuing the education journey, in 2020, Aire successfully completed Level 2 qualifications in English and Mathematics from Highfield Functional Skills. The following year, Aire attained a Level 3 in Principles of Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute. In 2021, Aire achieved a distinction in Team Leadership Level 3 from the Institute for Apprenticeship & Technical Education. Furthermore, in 2023, Aire pursued a Level 2 Certificate in Self-harm and Suicide Awareness and Prevention from The Skills Network. Finally, also in 2023, Aire obtained an accreditation to practice as a coach/mentor at the level of Practitioner from EMCC GLOBAL EIA.
