Ashleigh Loughnan is the Chief People Officer at Go1. Ashleigh has over three years of experience as a Group Executive, People & Culture at Superloop. In this role, they led a team of 60 people and provided strategic and operational support to each of the operating and service units across the Group. Loughnan has also worked closely with the CEO as part of the executive team, contributing to the strategic direction and performance of the Group.

During their time at Superloop, Loughnan and their team delivered a number of major initiatives, including the end to end rollout of a new payroll and human resources information system, the annual CEO Roadshows across major offices, and the Group wide Intranet and collaboration platform, MyTatts. The MyTatts platform enabled employees from all offices to easily collaborate and communicate with each other. Other initiatives include the annual State of the Nation survey of all team members, which provides a measure of how the company is tracking against annual action plans, and the Tatts’ Future Leaders program in conjunction with the Melbourne Business School.
