Monica Vecchiotti

VP, Customer Experience at Go1

Monica Vecchiotti has over a decade of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B marketing. Monica is currently the VP of Customer Experience at Go1, but previously held positions such as B2B Marketing Manager and Marketing Operations Manager at Mercer Australia and Mercer respectively.

During their time at First State Super, Monica was responsible for designing and developing user journeys and strategic marketing campaigns to engage and activate employers. Monica also managed the execution of campaigns and marketing materials, utilising data and B2B marketing technology platforms to create more efficient ways of working. Under their leadership, the Empowering Women in the Workplace campaign won “Best B2B Campaign” at the AIST Communications Awards in Nov 2019.

At Mercer Australia, Monica was responsible for marketing operations, overseeing the planning and execution of marketing initiatives. During their time at Mercer, they developed new processes for lead generation, automated and personalised communications, and data-driven reporting solutions.

Throughout their career, Monica has demonstrated their ability to develop successful marketing campaigns that drive results. Her experience in B2B marketing, combined with their strategic and creative thinking, makes their an asset to any organisation.

Monica Vecchiotti has a Bachelor of Arts in Interactive Multimedia from Edith Cowan University.
