Sharron Keegan

Sharron Keegan is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Head of Tax and Treasury at Go1 since April 2024, Sharron is responsible for developing global tax strategies and managing tax reporting and planning. Prior to this, Sharron held the position of Global Head of Tax at Roku Inc. from July 2015 to November 2023, overseeing worldwide tax issues and strategies. Previous roles include Director of International Tax at LinkedIn, and Director of Tax at Wize Commerce, where Sharron implemented international tax structures and managed tax compliance. Other noteworthy positions include Director of Tax at VeriFone, Sr Tax Director at ASYST Technologie, and Director at eBay, where Sharron managed teams and tax reporting groups. Sharron began a career in tax at Deloitte & Touche as a Senior Manager and at Coopers & Lybrand as a Tax Manager. Sharron holds a Master of Science in Taxation and an Advanced Certificate in High Tech Taxation from San Jose State University.
