Junior Designer (f/m/d)

  We are seeking a qualified Junior Designer who will play a key role in creating visually compelling designs and engaging video content that effectively communicate our message, boost our brand identity, and strengthen our market presence. This position requires you to work closely with different stakeholders at GO2 Markets and other members of the creative team to conceptualize, design, and edit graphics and videos across various mediums. Your responsibilities at GO2 Markets

• You will be a part of an in-house design team working closely with the Senior Designer and the Marketing team.
• Your mission is to develop creative and innovative design concepts, templates, and visuals for various projects such as branding materials, social media graphics, website elements etc.
• You will edit and produce high-quality videos for different platforms, ensuring a seamless and engaging viewer experience and creating a compelling narrative.
• You will contribute to social media campaigns by creating visual elements that align with the brand identity.
• Beyond your core responsibilities you will work closely with the Senior Designer to develop your UI/UX skills and support our Product team.
• You will bring innovative ideas, problem-solve with your colleagues in our cross-functional setting,and contribute to the team’s design strategy.

Your profile

• You have a bachelor’s degree in graphic or communication design and 1-2 years of on-site working or internship experience.
• You have a diverse portfolio showcasing graphic design and video editing projects, animation would be a plus.
• You are a proficient user of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and other relevant design tools and software.
• You are a big-picture thinker who keeps the overall experience of your designs in mind, while paying great attention to details and being open to adapt when changes occur.
• You are a true team player and proactive communicator with working proficiency in English.
• You are eager to learn, open when receiving and sharing feedback.
