Nelly Kinoti has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Nelly started their career as a Human Resources Intern at Kenya Power in 2017, where they completed various administrative tasks and assisted with recruitment processes. Later that year, they worked as a Retail Sales Representative at OPPO, where they excelled in sales and consistently exceeded targets.

In 2020, Nelly became the Director of Public Relations at the Rotaract Club of Mount Kenya University, where they handled various communication and public relations responsibilities.

In 2021, Nelly joined Clipboard Health as a Remote Customer Support Representative. In this role, they provided comprehensive support to customers, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction. Nelly also took on additional responsibilities such as conducting training sessions for new representatives and improving support processes within the organization.

Currently working at Go2 as a Remote Customer Support Representative, Nelly continues to provide excellent customer service while utilizing their previous experiences to enhance their contributions.

Nelly Kinoti's education history starts in 2016 when they attended Mount Kenya University (MKU) and obtained a Higher National Diploma in Business Management. Nelly continued their studies at MKU from 2018 to 2021, during which they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a specialization in Human Resources Management and Services.
