Dr Naga Venkatesh Devaguptapu

Dr. Naga Venkatesh Devaguptapu is an accomplished academic and professional in the fields of Organizational Behavior and Human Resources, currently serving as Dean (Academics) and Professor at the Goa Institute of Management since June 2015. With extensive experience in various leadership roles, Dr. Devaguptapu has headed HR functions at organizations such as The Akshaya Patra Foundation and Standard Chartered, where contributions included talent capability development and strategic HR project management. Prior roles also include positions at HSBC, Sitel, IDRBT, ING Vysya Bank, and Gati Limited, where a strong focus on talent acquisition, learning initiatives, and organizational effectiveness was demonstrated. Dr. Devaguptapu holds a PhD in Organizational Learning from the University of Hyderabad, along with multiple degrees in HR and law, and has been actively involved in research, coaching, and consultancy in the HR domain.
