Simran Oberoi

Simran Oberoi serves as the Associate Director at Aon HR Learning Center, specializing in bespoke employee development solutions for various leadership segments. Previously, Simran held the position of Associate Director in Human Capital Analytics at Aon, driving business growth in the Rewards area across South Asia. Currently, Simran also acts as an International Consultant and Advisory Board Member for Good Universe, a non-profit focused on Climate Change, Health, and Gender empowerment for women, and as an Advisory Board Member for Let's Educate Children In Need. Additionally, Simran is a Visiting Faculty member for Diversity and Inclusion courses at Mody University of Science and Technology and Goa Institute of Management, and is the Founder and Owner of Ovenderful. Simran has an MBA in Human Resources from Goa Institute of Management.
