Mariano Gionco

Mariano Gionco has been working in the tech industry since 1999. Mariano started as a Software Developer at HIGH SOFT SRL in 1999, and then worked as a Webmaster at JAF Publicaciones in 2001. Mariano then worked as a freelance Software Developer from 2001 to 2007. In 2007, they became a Project Leader at BPD Solutions SC, and in 2010, they became the PM Office Responsible at Ascentio Technologies SA. In 2020, they joined Goalsetter as a Technical Project Manager and Product Owner. As a Technical Project Manager, they developed processes to improve project management and reporting, managed the project lifecycle, and helped design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve products based on client needs. As a Product Owner, they led the development of features from the scratch, was responsible for product aspects, and connected engineers, UX, QA and the product team.

Mariano Gionco has a long and varied educational history. In 1999-2003, they attended Instituto Universitario Aeronáutico, graduating with a degree in Systems Engineering and a degree in Ing. de Sistemas in the field of Informática. In 2010-2013, they attended the University of Cambridge, graduating with a BEC Vantage in Business English. In 2014, they attended Kinetic Corp, studying Gestión de recursos humanos/Administración de personal, general. In 2016, they attended Kinetic Corp, graduating with a PMI in Gestión de proyectos. In 2017-2018, they attended Udacity, completing a Nanodegree Program in Android Basics and Android Developer by Google. In 2018, they attended Ascentio Technologies SA, graduating with Python Training in Ciencias de la computación. In 2019, they attended Comisión Nacional de Actividades Espaciales, graduating with a Certification in Geomatics. In 2020, they attended CORDOBA STATE GOVERNEMENT, graduating with MANAGEMENT OF VIRTUAL WORK TEAMS in Gestión de recursos humanos/Administración de personal, general. Mariano also attended Pro-Selection HHRR managemet, graduating with COMMUNICATION IN MIDDLE MANAGERS in Gestión de recursos humanos/Administración de personal, general. Finally, they attended CAC, graduating with a Successful interpersonal communication and assertiveness in Comunicación empresarial and Agile Project management in Gestión de proyectos. Additionally, Mariano Gionco has obtained four certifications: ISO 9001 Auditor from DNV GL in 2014, BEC Vantage from University of Cambridge in 2013, Auditor Interno de Sistemas de Gestión Antisoborno según ISO 37001:2016 from TÜV NORD Argentina in 2020, and Experto Implementador de Sistemas de Gestión Antisoborno según ISO 37001:2016 from TÜV NORD Argentina in 2020.
