Cees van de Par

Cees van de Par has held various roles in different companies throughout their career. Cees founded Ecru Interim Management in 2017 and currently serves as the founder. In 2019, they joined GoCredible as the CCO/Co-owner. Cees also worked as an Executive Coach at World Benchmarking Alliance starting in 2018. From 2017 to 2019, they served as a Member Of The Supervisory Board at Dytter Nederland. Additionally, they worked as an Executive Coach at NGL - Executive Coaching from 2017 to 2018. Prior to these roles, Cees van de Par held several positions at Microsoft, including General Manager Public Sector Western Europe and Director Public Sector, from 2003 to 2017. Cees also served on the Advisory Board of PeopleXS from 2012 to 2014. Before joining Microsoft, they worked at Oracle as the Director Public Sector from 1999 to 2003 and held sales positions from 1995 to 1998. Cees started their career at Multihouse in sales from 1991 to 1995.
