Lavender Ho has extensive experience in quality assurance, currently serving as the Assistant Quality Assurance Manager at Godiva Chocolatier since November 2013, after progressing through roles including Senior Quality Assurance Executive and Production Executive. Prior to joining Godiva, Lavender worked as a Quality Assurance Officer at Jean Marie Pharmacal Company Limited from July 2012 to October 2013. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science (MSc) in Food Safety and Toxicology and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Food and Nutritional Science, Biology, both obtained from The University of Hong Kong.
