Soumyajit Pradhan

Soumyajit Pradhan is currently the Deputy General Manager - HR at Godrej Industries Limited, where Soumyajit leads HRBP and COEs across various chemical categories. Prior to this, Soumyajit worked at TITAN COMPANY LIMITED as a Manager - HR, overseeing HRBP for different product categories. With a background in Civil engineering, Soumyajit also has experience as an Assistant Manager at NMDC Limited, managing construction projects. Soumyajit holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur.
