Customer Sales Advisor

Location: Central Edinburgh 

Salary: circa £45,000 (base + uncapped commission)

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 9am – 8pm, and Saturdays 9am – 5pm, on a rotational shift pattern.

As part of a collaborative and energetic group, you'll connect with customers daily to share and promote our fantastic services. You'll enjoy working in our modern office in Edinburgh, with breath taking 360-degree views of the city, just a short walk from Haymarket station.

WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON

  • Engaging with our customers in exciting conversations about our ultra-fast, ultra-capable, and ultra-reliable full fibre service
  • Representing GoFibre as an ambassador, matching customers with the perfect package
  • Building strong connections with customers, both inbound and outbound, to reach your goals and earn rewards
  • Offering straightforward, jargon-free support

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

  • A passion for sales, enjoying the challenge of turning conversations into opportunities and helping customers find the right solutions
  • The ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, building genuine connections with diverse customers over the phone
  • While phone-based sales experience is a plus, we welcome candidates with varied sales backgrounds who show they can thrive in a sales-driven environment
  • A customer-first approach, skilled at understanding diverse needs and offering tailored solutions, while maintaining excellent service and support
  • A self-motivated and results-oriented mindset, excited by the energy and fast pace of a high-performing sales team
