Sylwia Barbachowska

Sylwia Barbachowska has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and talent management. Sylwia recently served as the Head of People at GogoApps, where they were responsible for overseeing various HR activities. Prior to this, they held the position of HR Lead at GogoApps and also worked as an HR & Recruitment Specialist at the company. In addition to their roles at GogoApps, they also worked as the Head of People at Flod, a position they currently hold. Sylwia has also been an Event Organizer at Golang Warsaw Meetup and a Psychological Skills Trainer at Mind UP Polska. Earlier in their career, they gained experience as a Talent Resourcing Specialist at CBRE Corporate Outsourcing and as a Junior Recruitment Consultant and Talent Researcher at People Sp. z o.o. Sylwia began their professional journey as a Recruitment Trainee at Antal Poland.

Sylwia Barbachowska obtained a postgraduate degree in Psychological Skills Training from Ośrodek Pomocy i Edukacji Psychologicznej Intra. Additionally, they attained a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Warsaw.
