Brandon Wong began their work experience in 2013 as a Customer Service Trainer at Disneyland Resort. In 2014, they transitioned to the Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District where they worked as an Elementary School Teacher until 2015. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as an Elementary School Teacher at the Tustin Unified School District. Since 2017, Brandon has been with GoGuardian, first as a Technical Support and Onboarding Specialist from 2017 to 2018, and then as a Strategic Customer Success Manager from 2018 onwards.

Brandon Wong completed their education at California State University, Fullerton. Brandon obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies in the years 2009-2013. Subsequently, from 2014 to 2015, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Elementary Curriculum and Instructional Design and Technology at the same institution. Additionally, in January 2016, they obtained a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential, but the institution that awarded this certification is unknown.
