Neha Bhaiya

Neha Bhaiya has a diverse work experience in the field of software quality assurance and engineering. Neha started their career in 2014 as a Graduate Research Assistant at SUNY Polytechnic Institute. Neha then worked as a Software Developer at General Motors in 2015. Neha joined Cisco in 2016 and worked as a Software Engineer on projects related to SD-WAN 3.0 and ISE. Neha also conducted POC for clusters and automated ISE UI functionality using Python and Selenium Webdriver. In 2017, they transitioned to the role of a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Cisco. Neha briefly worked as a QA Engineer at Rambus in 2018 before joining Philips in 2019. At Philips, they served as a Software QA Automation Engineer in the IGT division, focusing on product verification and implementing test plans. Neha is currently working as a Software QA Automation Engineer at GoGuardian, where they are responsible for enhancing test processes, developing test plans and strategies, and creating API automation frameworks. Neha also collaborates with the development team on bug verification and validation, provides feedback on new features, and maintains test cases and documentation.

Neha Bhaiya completed their Master's Degree in Computer Science from SUNY Polytechnic Institute Graduate Studies between 2014 and 2017. Prior to that, they pursued their Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management, with a specialization in Finance, from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies from 2011 to 2013.
