Jay Sreedharan joined GoHealth as Chief Technology Officer in 2022.

Jay is a senior technology leader with 25+ years of experience creating strategies, building teams, and executing large cross-functional initiatives across matrixed organizations. He is an expert in e-commerce and payments, digital products, data storage, AI and machine learning, distributed systems, and cloud computing. With deep knowledge in industry verticals like technology, retail, hospitality, entertainment, and healthcare, Jay has led large scale digital transformations for companies like Microsoft, Starbucks, and MGM. The portfolio of products he has built and led includes: Windows Azure, Starbucks Mobile Order and Pay, Starbucks Loyalty, MGM Digital Check-in, BetMGM sports betting, and MGM Marketplace for hospitality.

Jay holds a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Kerala.
