Zach Lessem

Zach Lessem has a diverse work experience. Zach began their career at Hospira as a Planning Specialist Intern, where they created important inventory analysis reports for senior-level decision making. Zach then moved on to a role as a New Product Launch Intern at the same company, where they contributed to the development of cost-saving initiatives and coordinated with production planners.

After Hospira, Zach worked at Boeing as a Financial Operations Analyst, obtaining a Government Secret security clearance and effectively managing an $8 million budget.

Zach then joined Huron as a Healthcare Analyst and later as a Healthcare Associate, gaining valuable experience in the healthcare industry.

Most recently, Zach has held several positions at GoHealth, starting as a Manager of Strategy and Operations before progressing to Director of Strategy and Operations, Senior Director of Sales Strategy and Insights, Vice President of Sales Operations, and currently serving as Senior Vice President of Operations.

Additionally, they have also worked as a Growth Advisor at Primary Venture Partners. Throughout their career, Zach has demonstrated their ability to take on increasing levels of responsibility and contribute to the success of the organizations they have worked for.

Zach Lessem completed their education at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Supply Chain Management and Marketing. Prior to that, they attended Highland Park High School.
