Molly Cross

Molly Cross has extensive work experience in various roles, primarily in the field of human resources. Molly is currently working as the Lead People Partner at GoHenry since June 2022. Prior to this, they served as the People and Talent Lead at Flux from December 2021 to May 2022. Molly also worked as an HR Business Partner at Connected Places Catapult from May 2017 to December 2021. Molly started their HR career as an HR Administrator at Future Cities Catapult for a brief period from February 2017 to May 2017.

Before their HR roles, Molly gained valuable experience at AIESEC UK, where they served as the Vice President of Organisational Development from July 2015 to July 2016, and as a member of the National Support Team from September 2014 to June 2015. Molly also had a role as a Waitress and Kitchen Assistant at The Lord Raglan Pub from November 2006 to June 2015.

Molly's international experience includes work at AIESEC in Paraguay, where they held the position of National Vice President of Talent Management and Finance & Legal from June 2013 to July 2014. In their earlier years, they were involved with AIESEC, serving as the Local Committee President from July 2012 to June 2013 and as the Vice President of Talent Management at Leeds from July 2011 to June 2012.

Molly Cross started their education journey in 2004 at Sutton Valence School, where they completed their secondary education. From 2010 to 2013, Molly attended The University of Leeds, where they earned a BA Joint Honours degree in Economics and Geography.
