Jonathan Duarte

Jonathan Duarte has over 25 years of experience in product management and business development. Jonathan started their career in 1994 as a J.D. Edwards Management Consultant - ERP Implementations (now Oracle) for JD Edwards (now Oracle) Business Partners, where they implemented JDEdwards software for multiple Fortune 100 companies. In 1996, they founded GoJobs.com, one of the first Internet job boards, where they designed and built multiple industry-leading recruitment marketing solutions. In 2014, they joined GoodHire as a Director of Business Development, Partner Management, & API Integrations, where they successfully launched the first SMB e-commerce background screening solution. In 2016, they joined GoHire as a Product Founder - Messaging, AI, Chatbots, Enterprise Automation, and won the “2017 Most Innovative Recruiting Social Media Solution” Award Winning Chatbot. In 2018, they joined Wells Fargo as an Enterprise AI Product Manager - Chatbot / Virtual Assistants - Consultant, where they managed and drove the product roadmaps and AI vision across multiple-lines of business. In 2019, they joined EY as a Sr. Product Manager, Global Chat Strategy Consultant, where they worked on a strategic consulting project to define and implement a short-term Pervasive Chat for IT Customer Support (ITCS).
