Director Customer Experience at IndiGo

Kapil Devgan has a strong background in customer experience and operations management. KAPIL started their career in 2002 as a Customer Service Representative at Convergys and then worked at Hero ITES as an Operations Team Lead. In 2007, they joined Infosys BPO as a Sr. Team Leader before moving on to Bharti Infratel Limited as an Operations Manager in 2010. In 2014, they became the Head of Call Center at Hyundai Motor India Ltd. and later joined IndiGo (InterGlobe Aviation Ltd) in 2022 as the Director of Customer Experience. In this role, Kapil led the implementation of a customer experience strategy, managed a large team, and executed customer journey mapping initiatives, resulting in significant improvements in customer satisfaction and NPS ratings.

Kapil Devgan completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering at JSS Academy of Technical Education in Noida from 1998 to 2002. KAPIL also obtained a certification in Foundations of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (Industry 4.0) from LinkedIn in 2021.
