Sagar Jha has a diverse work experience in the customer service industry. Sagar started their career with P&M Mall Media as a Quality Assurance Manager from October 2014 to October 2015. Sagar then joined IndiGo (InterGlobe Aviation Ltd) as a Senior Customer Service Executive in November 2015 and held this role until May 2023.
