Oluwaseun Omotoso, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over 13 years. Starting in 2008 as a Property Consultant at Home and Abroad Properties Ltd, Omotoso transitioned into various roles in different industries.

In 2010, Omotoso joined Polaris Bank Ltd as a Product Sales Executive, where they managed client relationships and led sales and account management for high net worth retail consumers. During this time, they also conducted product marketing and provided training and mentorship.

Moving on to Globacom in 2012, Omotoso served as a Team Lead for 3G Infrastructure Implementation. Their responsibilities included the implementation of data network infrastructure, contractor and vendor management, project risk identification and mitigation, and budget management.

In 2015, Omotoso joined Rayfem Limited as an Assistant Manager for Product Sales and Management Consulting. In this role, they managed client accounts, promoted product offerings, conducted international and cross-border sales transactions, and led product development and project management activities.

Omotoso then joined Tranos in 2017 as a Manager of Business Development. Here, they monitored market conditions, analyzed industry trends, and provided regular reviews of the company's position in various product and service segments. Oluwaseun also performed competitor profiling and market intelligence, as well as developed and executed effective sales strategies based on client requirements.

Starting in 2019, Omotoso joined Cars45, assuming roles such as Territory Manager for the Consumer Business Group, Territory Manager for Commercial Operations, and eventually GM of Sales and Retail Operations in Nigeria, Ghana, and Kenya. In these positions, they were responsible for managing teams, achieving business targets, expanding dealer and franchise networks, and identifying areas for commercial growth.

Most recently, Omotoso joined GOKADA in 2021 as the Head of Business Operations. Oluwaseun later became the Interim Chief Executive Officer before being appointed as the Chief Operating Officer. In this role, Omotoso designs and implements business strategies, sets goals for performance and growth, oversees daily operations, evaluates performance metrics, and participates in expansion activities and fundraising ventures.
