Luis Martinez

Luis Martinez has a diverse background in customer experience, operations, security solutions, and project management. Luis'smost recent role was as Vice President of Customer Experience at GoKeyless, where they also served as Director of Operations. Prior to that, they worked at Advant Solutions as a Security Solutions Consultant. Luis also has experience in customer success at StratIS Access Energy & Automation and multilingual project management at Greenphire. Luis began their career at Walmart, where they held positions as an Assistant Manager and a Marketing Co-op. Luis also gained marketing experience at PBS Kids Sprout.

Luis Martinez completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a major in Marketing and a minor in Spanish from Saint Joseph's University in 2013. From 2021 to 2023, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Syracuse University - Martin J. Whitman School of Management. In addition, Luis obtained several certifications in various aspects of leadership, customer experience, inventory management, operations management, strategic thinking, and executive leadership from LinkedIn in 2023.
