Omkar Pradhan (OP)

OP has held various roles in the Human Resources field since 2014. Omkar began as a Human Resources Trainee at PlatOz HR Pvt Ltd, then moved up to Executive, Lead, and Senior Lead of Talent Acquisition. In 2017, they joined upGrad as Manager of Talent Acquisition and Leadership Hiring, and then Assistant Manager of Talent Acquisition and HR Projects. In 2020, OP joined Aakash Educational Services Limited as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding. In 2021, they became Lead of People, Culture, and Talent at GoKwik. Finally, in 2022, OP assumed the role of Community Builder and Enabler at Recruitment Route.

OP has an extensive educational background. Omkar completed their High School in 2008 from Central Board of Secondary Education. Omkar then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Commerce (B.com) from the University of Mumbai, graduating in 2013. After that, they completed a Diploma in Human Resource from Welingkar Institute of Management in 2014. In 2016, OP graduated with a Post Graduate Certification in Human Resource Management (PGCHRM) from XLRI Jamshedpur. Omkar also obtained a Post Graduate Degree in Business Management from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS). Additionally, OP has obtained several certifications, such as Full Member from NHRDN Delhi & NCR Chapter in 2021, Business Analytics from upGrad in 2020, Certification in Tech Recruitment from hirist.com in 2020, Talent Sourcing from LinkedIn in 2020, Certified Talent Acquisition Professional from Aon in 2019, and Certification in Recruitment Management from Tata Institute of Social Sciences in 2016.
