Pranav Merchant

Pranav Merchant has over 18 years of work experience in the operations and management domain. Pranav started their career in 2002 as a Senior Executive at Convergys India Limited. Pranav then moved to Prudential Process Management Services in 2004 as a Team Manager. In 2009, they joined Aditya Birla Group as a Senior Manager. In 2014, they worked with ICICI Prudential AMC Ltd as a Senior Manager. In 2016, they joined Amazon as a Senior Operations Manager. Currently, they are working with GoKwik as the Head of Operations since 2022. GoKwik's mission is to democratize the shopping experience and increase GMV realization for e-commerce businesses.

Pranav Merchant attended Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, Vadodara from 1998 to 2001 and obtained a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing.
