Manish Jha

Manish Jha has a strong background in operations and management, with experience in various industries. Manish is currently working as the Vice President of Operations at Golcha Group since 2018. Prior to that, they worked at TRIMEX GROUP for 10 years, starting in 2008 as a General Manager and progressing through various roles including Deputy/General Manager and General Manager - Barite Business. In this role, they were responsible for leading all aspects of Barite Business operations. Before joining TRIMEX GROUP, Manish worked at Tata Steel for 7 years, starting in 2000 as a Manager/Senior Manager. During their time at Tata Steel, they gained experience in Chrome Ore Beneficiation Plant, Iron Ore Processing Plant, Ferro Chrome & Ferro Manganese Plants, as well as Chromite, Manganese, and Iron Ore Mines.

Manish Jha completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics from Birla Institute Of Technology, Mesra, between 1996 and 2000. Following that, they pursued an Executive Post Graduate degree in Management with a focus on Finance & Operations at ICFAI Business School, Hyderabad, from 2007 to 2008.
