Ashley Tidy

Ashley Tidy is a seasoned professional in health and safety management with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as a Health and Safety Specialist at GOLD FIELDS since February 2019, Ashley has effectively implemented the Courageous Safety Leadership program across multiple regions amidst challenging Covid restrictions. Prior to this role, Ashley held positions such as Health Safety and Environment Manager at Austral Fisheries Pty Ltd, overseeing safety management for both the Northern Prawn Fleet and Southern Ocean Fleet, and Corporate Regional OHS Manager at Barrick Gold Corporation, where responsibilities extended to operations across Australia, Papua New Guinea, Zambia, and Saudi Arabia. Additionally, positions at Kalgoorlie Consolidated Gold Mines Pty Ltd and Nabalco Pty Ltd further solidified Ashley's expertise in health, safety, and environment principles. Ashley's career began in law enforcement as a Senior Constable with the West Australian Police Service. Ashley holds an Associate Diploma and a Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety from Curtin University.
