Kelsey Morris

Kelsey Morris is a skilled food scientist with extensive experience in product development and research within the food industry. Currently serving as the Product Development Project Lead for McDonald's at Golden State Foods since June 2023, Kelsey previously worked at Sara Lee Frozen Bakery from July 2019 to June 2023, launching six innovative sweet baked goods and developing custom private-label pies. Academic background includes a Master of Science in Food Science and Technology from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Food Science from Purdue University. Additional experiences include conducting research as a Graduate Research Assistant at The Ohio State University, a Continuous Improvement Intern at World's Finest® Chocolate, and research roles at PepsiCo and Purdue University. Kelsey has demonstrated expertise in conducting bench testing, optimizing product processes, and applying sensory feedback to develop consumer-focused food products.
