Theo Robertson

Theo Robertson begins his second season as player development coach after serving as the video coordinator for the Detroit Pistons during the 2018-19 season.

Robertson previously worked with Golden State as a video intern during the 2014-15 championship season and video coordinator/player development in 2015-16 before serving as an assistant coach with the Los Angeles Lakers during the 2016-17 season.

He enjoyed a four-year playing career at the University of California, Berkeley, where he was a two-year captain, and a leader on the 2010 Pacific-10 Conference championship team. That season, Robertson averaged 14.2 points, 4.7 rebounds and 2.3 assists per game while shooting 45.3 percent from three en route to being named team MVP and earning second-team All-Pac-10 and All-Tournament accolades. He finished his career as Cal’s all-time 3-point shooter, making 44.0 percent of his 3-point attempts, and he ranks among Cal’s top 25 career scorers with 1,315 total points.

Robertson graduated from De La Salle High School (Concord, Calif.) in 2005, where he set records for 3-point percentage and overall field goal accuracy and finished his career with 1,220 points.
