Shelley Shaffery

Shelley Shaffery has extensive experience in the field of telecommunications engineering and technical solutions architecture. Shelley currently holds key positions at Avaya, leading global continuous improvement and development initiatives, as well as technical solution engineering for large enterprises. Prior to their role at Avaya, Shelley worked at BD as a Telecommunications Engineer and at Williams Scotsman in Network Engineering. Shelley holds a Master's of Science in Advanced Information Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Villa Julie College.
