Santosh Rai

Santosh Rai is a skilled culinary professional with extensive experience in various prestigious hotels and restaurants. Currently serving as a Sous Chef at Goldfinch Hotels since June 2023, Santosh previously held the position of Demi Chef De Partie at Le Meridien Hotel from September 2020. Prior experiences include working as a Demi Chef De Partie at Yauatcha Riyadh and as a Dimsum CDP at Gourmet Investments Pvt. Ltd. in early 2019. Santosh's career began with Hakkasan Group, where a five-year tenure as Demi Chef was followed by a role as Commis 1 at Sarovar Hotels & Resorts in 2013.
