Dustin Gandee

Dustin Gandee is a Sr. Food Scientist at Golding, Inc. since November 2020, specializing in the development and optimization of private label sauces for multiple retailers. Previously, Dustin held the position of Product Development Food Scientist at Golden State Foods from January 2012 to April 2020, where responsibilities included creating new formulas and participating in all stages of product development for various sauce products. Dustin also completed an internship as a Microbiology Lab Tech at Golden State Foods in 2011, focusing on product development tasks. Earlier career experience includes roles as Assistant Manager at Georgia Roof & Building Panels and Hibbett Sports, focusing on sales support, administration, and customer service. Dustin earned a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture with a concentration in Food Science from The University of Georgia between 2008 and 2010 and attended Gainesville State College in 2008.
