Matthieu Gerbel

Matthieu Gerbel is an experienced professional in the field of Equity Capital Markets, currently serving as an Executive Director at Goldman Sachs since October 2017, where prior involvement included the role of Associate in the same department. Matthieu's earlier experience encompasses positions at Citi from September 2015 to September 2017, including Equity Capital Markets Analyst and Strategic Equity Solutions Analyst, as well as an internship in Equity Syndicate at Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking in 2014. Matthieu began a career in finance as a Summer Analyst in Sales & Strategy at Thales in 2013. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Financial Markets from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL, alongside a Bachelor’s degree in Economics with a major in Financial Engineering from the same institution, complemented by exchange programs at McGill University and the University of Chicago.
