Megan Geary Sterquell possesses extensive experience in talent acquisition and executive recruiting, currently serving as the Head of Advisor Recruiting in Asset & Wealth Management at Goldman Sachs since April 2014. In this role, Megan leads various recruitment initiatives, including positions as Executive Recruiting Lead and Americas Recruiting Lead within the Private Wealth Management sector. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Megan worked as a Vice President at J.P. Morgan in Talent Acquisition for the Private Bank, and held associate positions at HighTower Advisors and UBS.
