Melissa Peri

Melissa Peri is an accomplished professional in talent development with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Talent Development at Goldman Sachs since June 2022, Melissa previously held the same title at AQR Capital Management from May 2017 to June 2022, alongside an earlier role as Associate in Talent Development. Prior experience includes a position as Wealth Management/Client Service Assistant at Allen & Company LLC from February 2013 to February 2017 and serving in the Office of the CEO as an Assistant at Och-Ziff Capital Management from July 2007 to January 2013. Melissa began their career as a Delegate Coordinator at Euromoney Institutional Investor and a Marketing/Events Coordinator at Octagon, following a brief internship in recruiting at Project Solvers. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Marist College, obtained in 2005.
