Damon Gleave

Damon Gleave has extensive work experience in finance and management. Damon is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Sterling Management, LLC and Goldmark Property Management. Prior to these roles, they held the position of Finance Director at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota for nearly nine years. Before that, they worked as a Controller at Tharaldson Hospitality Management and as an Audit Manager at Eide Bailly LLP.

Damon Gleave earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of North Dakota, completing their studies from 2000 to 2004.
