Mario Cabrejas-Egea

Mario Cabrejas-Egea has a diverse work experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Mario is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition at Lightyear, where they focus on providing investors with better access to markets and reducing fees. Prior to this, Mario held various roles at Bolt, including Head of Recruitment, Non-tech, Senior Recruitment Manager, Recruitment Manager, and Tech & Non-tech Recruiter. Mario was responsible for hiring both non-technical and technical roles across multiple countries, and successfully scaled the company's headcount. Mario also worked as a Technical Recruiter at Teleperformance, a Technical Talent Sourcer at EPAM Systems, and an Organizational Psychologist at the Spanish Red Cross. Mario'sexperience includes conducting worldwide talent searches, designing performance appraisal systems, analyzing organizational climate and culture, and assessing employee motivation and satisfaction. Mario's early career also involved recruiting for mechanical engineering and sales profiles at Manpower.

Mario Cabrejas-Egea has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Universidad de Murcia, which was completed in 2014. Mario also holds a Master's degree in Organisational Psychology & Human Resources Management from Universidad Miguel Hernández de Elche, completed in 2015. In addition, Mario has obtained a Health Psychology License from the Comunidad Autónoma Región de Murcia and is a Chartered Psychologist from the Colegio Oficial de Psicólogos de la Región de Murcia, both in 2014.
