Jan Stancliffe

Jan Stancliffe is a seasoned leader in learning, leadership, and talent development, currently serving as Head of Talent and Learning at Schroders since September 2018. With a tenure at Pearson spanning from June 2008 to the present, Jan has held various titles, including Global Program Director and Head of Organisational Capability, where contributions included launching a global learning management system and developing the strategy for Pearson Academy. Previous experience at Royal Bank of Scotland Group as a Learning & Development consultant and at Lloyds Bank as a Customer Service Manager further solidified Jan's expertise in staff development and organizational capability. Jan holds a BA Hons in History from Cardiff University.
