Daisy Song

Daisy Song has a strong background in talent management and human resources. Daisy began their career as a Talent & Culture Coordinator at Concentric Health Experience in 2017. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as a Leadership Development Graduate Intern at the United Nations Population Fund. In 2019, they gained experience as an Organizational Development Graduate Intern at VNS Health and as a Talent Management Summer Associate at Retensa Employee Retention. In 2020, they worked as a Human Resources Associate II at Bank of China USA. Most recently, they have held roles at Golub Capital, starting as a Talent Management Analyst in 2022 and currently serving as a Talent Management Associate.

Daisy Song completed their Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, spanning from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Applied Psychology with a Minor in Mandarin from New York University from 2013 to 2017. Additionally, they obtained a Hogan Assessment Certification from Hogan Assessment Systems in March 2022.
