Miranda Roman

Miranda Roman has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Miranda currently holds the position of Talent Management Analyst at Golub Capital since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked at S&P Global as a Global DEI Programs Coordinator from March 2022 to November 2022. Before their role at S&P Global, they worked at IHS Markit as a Talent Management Associate & Global DEI Programs Coordinator from March 2021 to March 2022, and as a Talent Management Associate from July 2019 to February 2021. Miranda also gained experience as a Human Resources Contingent Worker at Morgan Stanley from December 2018 to June 2019. Beginning their career, they worked as a Behavioral Coder at the New York State Psychiatric Institute's Communication Sciences Lab from June 2017 to June 2019. Additionally, they served as a Community Outreach Associate at CBT/DBT Associates, LLC from June 2018 to November 2018. Miranda's early professional experience involved volunteering as a Screening Volunteer at the New York State Psychiatric Institute's Marijuana Residential Lab from June 2016 to August 2017, and interning at Children's Investment Fund Foundation (CIFF) in June 2015.
