Kaitlin A. Bruno

Kaitlin A. Bruno is an accomplished legal professional with significant experience in corporate law and securities. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel at Olo, Kaitlin oversees matters related to securities, corporate governance, M&A, employment, finance, and real estate. Prior to this role, Kaitlin worked at Shearman & Sterling LLP, representing major corporations in complex mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate reorganizations. Kaitlin also contributed to nonprofit legal assistance through the Public International Law & Policy Group, served as a legal fellow in the U.S. Senate, and held various positions, including as a litigation paralegal and summer intern at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Kaitlin holds a Doctor of Law degree from American University Washington College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs and French from Mount Holyoke College.
